Field text link to attribute doesn't update when attribute is changed

I am currenty making a block with 4 language types.
In these visibilitys the rack sizes are all the same, but the position varies because of the language.
I thought it was a smart solution to use fields to create a workaround so that when I change the Atribute, the racksize updates regardless of which visibility i use.

The problem is that the fields don't update when the attribute is changed. Even after to regen and check some settings it still doesn't update.

A solution or a better workaround are both welcome

The first thing you need to do is run AUDIT, Y on your file. Your file has:    Total errors found 26 fixed 26

But it is a very nice concept and I'm sorry, but I can't help you with this but, I can let you know what it did when I played with the sizes and maybe you can go from there.

When I enlarge your file to the left and do a REGEN it updates your numbers ( See RDVF-UP-1.pdf file attached ). But if I save it, the box goes back to its original size and numbers. If I make the box larger by going up, and then REGEN it does nothing and what I did by pulling it to the left, when I pull it up, the left goes back to the original size and when I do REGEN, the box goes completely back to the original size. So that tells me there is a number hardwired that you can't change in your settings somewhere. This number you need to find and make it become an adjustable number and maybe you will solve your problems.

Ok, with all that said, I just re-tested the box, and it seems to be working fine now. I don’t know why, but I have attached the DWG as well for your review. But run the Audit on your file. That may be the issue for your troubles. Also, SAVE it and exit out and go back in and do another Audit. I did that and well, all the above I said went away and it seems to be working fine now.

Also, you have to REGEN or SAVE for the numbers to update. They will not update automatically without doing one of these commands. So, adjust your size, then do a REGEN or SAVE and it will then give you the new numbers.

Hope this helps some in solving your issues.

Thank you for your reply,

thanks for the tip of auditing the file, there were indeed some errors.
The struggle i have is not with the numbers that resemble the size of the cube.

I'm sure you'll have double clicked my block and saw that there were some adjustable attributes. Two of those are linked to the visible 65x85 cm meausurement and the temperature of the cell.

The problem is that the fieds linked to the attributes don't change.

The measurement behind "RDV" and in the titleblock should be functioning well.

Hope this explains a bit better.
