I am working with AutoCAD for 4 years but now I get a error after a couple minutes after starting AutoCAD.

First I get a "Unhandeled C00000005 (Asses Violation Writing 0x0000) at address 0h" when I press OK I get the Error "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Acces Violation Writing 0x000 Exception at 0h" and a Error report and after that AutoCAD closed.

Application: Autodek Civil 3D 2016

Version: 10.5.965.0

Error: Unhandled Exeption

I've got Windows 10.

Who can help me??

First, make sure the application is closed. Then, from the Start menu navigate to All Programs > Autodesk > Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 > Reset Settings to default.

This will reset Civil 3D back to defaults. Once done the application should work without an issue.

Within AutoCAD, try disabling the hardware acelerator. To do this, type "3dconfig" at the command line within AutoCAD and hit enter. Use the slider to disable Hardware acelerator then close AutoCAD.

Next, clear out your temp directory. Open Windows Explorer, and type "%temp%" in the address bar and hit enter. Select everything within the directory then use the delete key. (Click Skip when prompted to retry, skip or cancel the operation)

Finally, reopen AutoCAD.

Hi,

>> when I open Internet Explorer

Not the Internet Explorer, the Windows Explorer should be opened!
