Fatall error: Unchandled e0434352h Exception at fd44adcdh. 

before everything was good , I had to change windows. now gives this error .
win 7 x64. 8gb ram.

Can you describe what changed exactly, what do you mean by "change windows".

If Windows 7 is your new version of Windows, which version have you had before?

Also an info about your AutoCAD (or vertical) product and version and servicepack as well as your system specs are helpful.
