Fatal Error

Hi can you please help me?  I'm trying to open a drawing and consistintley get the following message: Fatal Error unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at fd0ab3ddh

Would greatly appreciate any suggestions to overcome this. Many thanks

So the problem is with one file and nothing else?
