Hi @amrshehab50,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

It appears from the error message that you likely have a .NET Framework problem.

Here is an article that details how to remove it and reinstall a good version.

I tried to install .NET 4.7.1 and it was unsuccessful. We did just push out Windows 10 1709 build

Hi @sahibgill113,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

What is your OS (type WINVER)? AutoCAD version (type ABOUT in AutoCAD). If you can't get AutoCAD to run at all, please verify that it is fully updated as well that your OS and Graphics Drivers are fully updated.

Then, try creating a brand new user account on your computer and log on with it. Does AutoCAD still crash? If so, and you have the chance to submit a CER report, please give me the report number so I can look up the crash information.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
