fatal error unhandled e06d7363h exception at 35b39d98h

 Please help me for fix my Autocad 2018 ( AEC Collection )  always get error if i open three or two drawing.

 

System Details

Windows 10 Pro

Core i5 Pro

16 GB Ram

4 GB Graphic Card

i suggest to make sure that your latest updates are installed from your AutoDesk Desktop App , then see if any changes. >> Click <<

Hi @jwcllp,

 

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

 What is your make and model of graphics card?  I suspect the driver is out of date and causes this error.

 

If you like, you can also send me a NFO file (email to johnvellek@autodesk.com and include the URL to this thread) and I can take a closer look.

 

As an additional step I suggest you also try an AUDIT, PURGE and -PURGE>Regapps for each of the files to see if some errors can be eliminated.

Please email me (john.vellek@autodesk.com) the NFO I asked for in my previous post.  Please also include one of your drawing files that has this error.

 

is this happening only with those two or three drawing you mentioned in your first post? If so, please zip them up and email or attach to a post so I can examine the files.

It looks like the license 5.1.5 hotfix error.   When the error report pops up, have you tried looking through the xml file to see if there is any information?
