FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at fd80a06dh

I had installed autocad 2018 and it worked perfectly fine, but now when I tried to run the program this message pops up "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at  fd80a06dh". Does someone know how to fix it? What's happening and what should I do?

Hi @Anonymous,

This error is likely related to your graphics card.  Which card make and model do you have installed? Which OS is running on your system?

Can you start AutoCAD at all?  If so, start GRAPHICSCONFIG and share a screen capture.

If you can't start AutoCAD, try using the No Hardware switch to disable Hardware Acceleration.

Hello @john.vellek, thanks for your quick answer,

I did what you said (the hardware switch) but the FATAL ERROR keeps poping up.

This is my graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310

I don't understand why this is happening, I used the program a week ago with no issue. Is there something else I can do?

Hi @Anonymous,

Please check your system for any changes since last week. Look for Windows updates, anti-virus updates, driver changes etc.

You can consider using a System Restore Point to roll back any changes as well.

If you can prepare a NFO file and attach it to a post as a ZIP file I am happy to take a closer look into the way your system is configured in order to make further suggestions.
