Multiples Issues, trying to create a PDF or to insert a drawing and always crashes and pop up an error. It is ridiculous. Here is one of the messages. FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at E2CA1F76h

Thank you for posting. What operating system are you using & what version of AutoCAD? I have listed some common solutions for this Windows error. 

1. Please review the System requirements for AutoCAD
2. Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
3. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then assign the correct Graphics Card
4. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
5. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall, Network securities & UAC on your Windows operating system
6. Try using the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool

7. Try to re-create the event/pull up the error again & locate the event using Windows Utilities then search for  the  error online this will help you determine the root cause

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Operating System and is AutoCAD 2020.

What about all the other line items @natasha.l asked you to double check and install/do? You alone have to do them, no one else can from over here.

You have 2020 updates to install if your ABOUT command only lists 2020 as your version: do it now then try again.

Win7? that dies this month, are you planning on a replacement yet?
