Well alrighty,. This has happened twice this morning. Does anybody know what the "fatal error unhandled access violation writing 0x0048 exception at d4e91bdfh" is?  This occurred while plotting, I believe when using the previous plot option (which has been wonky all morning).

Thanks for your consideration,

Hi @efransen,

I am sorry this just started. Is this error showing up with all files or just one? Do you have any add-ins in your AutoCAD install?

Does this happen if you select a specific printer driver rather than selecting Previous Plot?

Thanks for your reply.  this happend with several different dwg files.  Selecting print previous on the troubled files would not let me get past none plotter to select another one and the A size sheet. Sometimes if I could select the normally used plotter it asked me to, I think it was, add a new .pcp file for the new plotter.  Selecting preview and back then it would let me plot previous.  or crash.

HI @efransen,

It sounds like you might have a corrupt printer configuration.  What is your version of AutoCAD and on which printer are you trying to print?

If you create a brand new pc3 does the problem go away? DO you need help in doing this step?

I can create a new pc3 file.  How can I delete an old one?

HI @efransen,

Let's make sure the new one works first, but th old one is likely in a folder location similar to this.

C:\Users\VellekJ\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2017\R21.0\enu\Plotters

Simply select the old file and delete it and then it will no longer be available in AutoCAD.

This is a sporadic issue it seems.I plotted three drawing with plot previous and the next one couldn't find the plotter and wanted me to pick me form a list in a popup window.  Shoulda snipped that window...

I will keep better records of what happens from here on out.

Thank you for your attention.
