Fatal Error Data Shortcut

Hello!

I have a user that was trying to add a Data Shortcut to their drawing. When trying to add one, it brought up this Fatal Error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7105FABCh 

 Not entirely familiar with AutoCAD, just wanted to see if this was a quick fix or  if its something deeper. They did recreate this file from scratch and received the same error. System specs:

I9-10885H

32GB RAM

Quadro RTX 3000

Resources were not being touched at the time, appdata temp was cleared, other files are working with changes made without any issues.
