Factor in Xref

Hi All. I have proplem. When i use Xref for my draw, I can't edit "Factor" (Factor = 1 is normal)  then  my draw is not to Scale. How can i fix it?

what is xref dwg units? have you try to change your dwg units and see if helps.

Please use command UNITS to set "Insertion Scale" to "Unitless" or "Millimeters". At moment, it is set to "Inches" in your AutoCAD.
