Extracting information from a file

Hello everyone,
I would like to extract information from a file that cannot be changed by a client receiving it.
For example:
Quantities of window types, quantities of blocks, doors, etc.
Is this possible?

If you're sending to your client the actual DWG file, then they can change it.

But if you're sending to your client something like a PDF file, then that is harder to change.

As for dwg files, AutoCAD provides the COUNT command to get quantities of blocks.

Or you can use the DATAEXTRACTION command as well.
