Extract section view from point cloud

I've extracted a section view using PCEXTRACTSECTION but as you can see the extracted view are a bunch of small lines instead of a smooth 2D drawing. 

Is there a way to get the correct view?

Your source point cloud does not look smooth either: can you share the DWG?
