Extract Attributes to Excel - Edit Excel - Import/Update Back to Drawing

Hi All,

Okay, this may have been a dream...

Can I extract attribute values of a particular block to an Excel file, edit the values in the Excel file then import the new values back into the drawing updating the blocks?
