External references not visible in Reference Manager

Hi,

I am working on a file with a large number of external references (20-30). Without any known cause all of the references have disappeared from the reference manager. They are still in the drawing and they can be seen, as well as manipulated, e.g. turning layers on and off, but they are not visible in the reference manager. This problem occured several times over the last few months. All references are usually added as overlay and with a relative file path. The problem is also present for other colleagues who work on the same file.

Share your ETRANSMIT package if possible and one SCREENSHOT

where we can see the properties [CTRL]+[1] of one external reference

and the external reference paleette open.

Unfortunately, I cannot upload an eTransmit due to information privacy on the project... Here is a screenshot of the properties of one external reference and the empty reference manager. I hope that helps.

Open this file by _RECOVER command

run _AUDIT _yes

(_qsave and reopen the file)
