I have spent nearly two days now on this issue. I will try and explain as clearly as possible, and thank you for reading.
I have a floor drawing, it has to be scaled at 1:1. The size is in inches 5270" length x 2052" width (large I know, but has to be 1:1 scale. (I will se if I can attacha screen shot of the drawing here)
I need to export this either as a image, or as a DWG | DWF file and convert it to a image with another programe.
Firstly How do I just export the draing and not the full model or layout as this makes it even larger whe trying to convert.
Secondly I have tried loading into illustrator straight from a DWF file, no joy, If I try and save as a PDF it will not allow me to make the plotter size large enough.
SO when it is exported in what ever format the measurments of the drawing have to be exact and stay to scale 1:1, If I can just export the drawing without all the space around it fantastic, if not I willhave to crop that off whilst keeping the measurments of the drawing exact. Then I have to convert that to a vector.
I have visited many forums, however no joy. If anyone has any help greatly apperciated. I then need to convert it to a vector file to load into Qgis.
