Exported PDF Mismatching Design Displayed in AutoCAD

When I exported my design into a PDF file, I have no idea why the exported file is so different from what I am seeing in AutoCAD. I've used OVERKILL to make sure nothing is overlapping. What could be the reason causing this to happen?

The first image is exported PDF, and the second image is what's shown in AutoCAD.

Hi,

You do see different lineweights in the PDF compared to AutoCAD, is that what you mean?

Lineweigths can be tricky when running _EXPORTPDF, I would suggest to use the _PLOT command with "DWG to PDF.pc3" then you should see the lineweights already in the preview.

If that does not help then please upload the drawing-file.

PS: it's not a good to freeze/turn off layer 0 (in general)

Before plotting, You need to check CTB setting value.

PDF result image can be changed according to the CTB value.
