Export generic annotations to DWG

Hello Autodesk comunity,

At this moment I am struggling with a DWG export from Revit.

An company wants specific DWG's to their company standards. Some things like Layers, colors and visibility of elements are somewhat solved.

But at this moment we notice that the export of generic annotations and tags from Revit to DWG will be exported as separate lines, text and blocks. Also the insert point of the block is far away from the blocks and all blocks got different names wile same type. This makes working further with the DWG nearly impossible.

We are searching for a way to export the symbols as a block and the tag-values as attribute to the block. Preferred directly to block from the company that wants the DWG's.

We found the add-in RevitToDWG, what solve a part of the problem, the binding of the block and tag as attribute. But this still does not fit for the generic annotations (resulting in a duplicate symbol) and a exploded block from the model category.

Besides this it seems that there is also something wrong with the orientation and location from the revit family's. Because for one revit family we still get different results in the DWG.

Does anyone on this forum know a way to solve this, or a better solutions/advice's?
