Excel table and xref problem

Hello ..

I add excel file by clicking and drag to Autocad (DWG 1). Using (DWG 2) as xref for (DWG1 ) and clip it many times  .. 

the problem happened when I scale or move any xref the excel file is moved and scaled event it’s not a part of the clipped xref .

What do you mean sir ? 

Did you try special paste to autocad before ?
