Excel Data Link Trouble

Excel Data Link Trouble

I am making an import sheet from excel to Autocad, the problem I am having is sometimes columns have data in them and sometimes they don't. I am having a hard time figuring out how to make the data link so that when there's no data in those columns it reduces the table size in Autocad accordingly. I have tried making INDEX MATCH formulas when I define the range but then it won't let me choose that range in the data link manager.

There is no auto-remove-empty-columns/rows feature in AutoCAD when importing Excel sheets.

You can by making a dynamic named range, I am just having a hard time making the formula correct.
