 Hi!

Autocad is not my main app but i use it occasionally for collabrations with other 3d users. So this problem i get is

i dont see any image files created by the etransmit tool if the images in that CAD file are pasted from a clipboard. So the main problem is, if i paste images(from clipboard) onto cad drawing, etransmit does not include those image data so , the images dont show up in another computer.

How can i make autocad auto create files for the images so that they are transported along with the cad file?

Instead of paste from clipboard, you can insert the image with command IMAGE.

This is the way AutoCAD works. Any pasted images are embedded into the drawing and therefore there's no link to the original raster file. In the attached file I copy and pasted an image of the floor plan into pspace and did an eTransmit. The image still shows up when I open the drawing though there isn't a separate image file included with the eTransmit.

If you really want to include the original images when you use eTransmit, then instead of copy pasting you'll have to Attach them using the command from the External References palette or from the CLASSICIMAGE Image Manager window.
