HI @Anonymous,

I have NOT seen this. Do any other dialogs in AutoCAD or other applications display like this?  I am wondering if a Windows System font is not present or damaged.

Did this been working OK until just recently? What happens if you click the OK? Does everything else behave properly?

Hi @Anonymous, If you log on instead of your user, and you start AutoCAD, does this still happen?

If so, a simple Reset Settings to Default might fix this quickly.

HI @Anonymous,

When you logged on did it still happen?

Do you have more than one language installed on the computer?

Is A360 Desktop installed? Try removing that application.

Also, when AutoCAD does get beyond this point, is your user logged in (top right of the AutoCAD window)

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you try the Reset Settings to Default?

Has this always been happening or did something change after something in your computing environment change?

As far as the Double-click to open, in Windows Explorer, select a dwg file and rt-click. Then use the Open With and select DWG Launcher.

Does the let you open the files now?

Hi @Anonymous,

Since this apparently is happening on more than one workstation, is it possible to do a clean uninstall and reinstall on one of the workstations?
