After successful install of the AutoCAD trial version I get an error when trying to open it for the first time

Have you seen this?
Visual C++ is already there and I have reinstalled AutoCAD. But when uninstalling I could not get it to fully uninstall. It will not remove from the list (Windows 10 x64 Pro)
