Hi,

either there are DLL's defect on your system or you have applications/tools/plugins installed on top of your system which do not fit to your AutoCAD version or service pack

If you upload your drawing we can look if we also have troubles with that file or not.

HI @sockhui,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

This appears to be related to QTpainter. Do you have any add-ins or hyperlinks in your AutoCAD?

Can you attach a sample file to a post?

Hi @sockhui,

I haven't seen an update from you. Have you resolved your issue when opening drawings?

You might try logging on as a brand new user on your machine. Let me know if you see the same error message.

There is no particular drawing having this problem when opening. The error message will pop up once in a while when opening any drawing. That is when opening the same drawing, this error message may not pop up. I will try the 'Reset Setting to Default' and wait to see if this error will pop up again.

Thanks everybody for the possible solution
