Hi,

I am currently trying to download the AutoCAD 2016 software onto my computer, however I am having trouble downloading it.

I have tried 3 different browsers on my computer, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and all 3 have failed to download it. Every time I try to download it comes up with an error message that says 'Setup Initialization Failed' 'Error Downloading. Please Install now again from the Autodesk website'.

I have double checked that I am inputting the correct selections, and it still isn't working. None of the FAQ's on the website refer to this error problem.

Please could someone offer me any advice as to how to get the download completed?
