Can someone please help me resolve this issue, I've downloaded the Build Design Suite 2016 but when I try to install it I keep getting an error message. I get two error message one is a DirectX runtime error = 1603 and the other is Microsoft Visual C ++ redistributable error = 1619. Can someone help me to resolve this issue.
Hi,
>> because from my research error 1603 & 1619 are generic error messages that can be caused by a couple different factors.
That's as it is, and if someone looks to your system, from Autodesk or from your hardware reseller, from your IT-department or anyone else ... it can be caused by a couple of different factors.

Then you have to go through your subscription center and create a support case.
The forum here is for user-to-user support/help.
My personal opinion: install the C++ redistributables as well as the DirectX setup's from the installation media (whatever you have as DVD or as download from Autodesk setup's) and make sure you have full admin permissions and turned off the Antivirus software.

Hi,
>> These are my errors that come up in the installation fail log
For every line with an error you see what (and from which source directory) the item should be installed. Start these EXE's in the same order as you see in the log, make sure you start them as admin (I guess that is your major problem) and then
If all is done restart the AutoCAD installer from your extraction-folder (by default C:\Autodesk).
