For the initial installation, sign in, and activation, an Internet connection is required. After activation, the software will work offline for up to 30 days. After 30 days, you must connect to the Internet to continue using the software. The software reminds you seven days before you need to connect to the Internet to renew your license. An Internet connection is required to access cloud services.
From our Installation & Licensing department:
If you don’t have ANY internet access you’ll need to get a “subscription with multi-user access” license. It’s basically the same thing as a network license except it’s subscription-based, so it expires when the subscription ends. Since the license is hosted locally, the software doesn’t require an internet connection to verify the license.
