If you are looking for a command to link another drawing to your's maybe command "XREF" is what you should try.

Thanks! I was able to link the tiff file, but I am not able to modify it. This is what happens: I need to modify a figure on a printed drawing. I´d been told to scann it to a tiff file, and using XRef link it to an Autocad file in order to modify it. But it comes as an image, it is not "transformed" into an autocad drawing so I can not intervene it. Thanks anyway, and if you know any other solution please tell me.

Yeah, you can't edit a Tiff file as an AutoCAD drawing...

If it's just a small area that needs to be changed, you could use the WIPEOUT command to hide the image at the affected area, and then draw normally on top of that.

A PDF can be converted to AutoCAD objects (if it was made from AutoCAD in the first place).

There is no easy way in Autocad to convert a TIFF image or any other scanned raster file to an editable DWG. If you are doing this as a one time thing, and don't prefer to study a whole different toolset(Autocad Raster Design), you could just trace over the image(if that is viable).
