Hello:
I want draw a lot of ellipses at once.
I have the information in excel sheet, center (X,Y), minor radius (MR) and mayor radius (MY), so I tried the following in the command line:
ELLIPSE C X,Y MR MY
but is not working, the ellipse appears rotated.
