Hi
I set up a style and a default font with it, flux architect. It works just fine when I dimension things in paper space until I go to edit the text of the dimension where it then automatically defaults to Arial. I have to go select flux architect each time. I tried FONTALT but that didn't work, it just keeps going back to Arial. Once or twice, it's not a big deal to re-select the font but when I have to change the text several times, it's irksome and slows things down. In the text editor, it shows the style there "B2" but chooses Arial as the font for me despite all the settings saying otherwise.
How can I set it so that when I edit the dimension text, it automatically picks the correct font?
Thanks

That sounds weird, can you post the file here. a sample where we can duplicate the above mentioned scenario. Also attach the font.

I was able to duplicate the behavior at my end, not just in your file. I tried in my existing files + newly created ones. This guy repeats the behavior in every single file I tried. But the interesting part is that, I installed another font from the same site and it was working fine in all the cases. So I am pretty sure that this has something to do with the font file. Though I am not 100% sure since I am not knowledgeable in font creation and how they work. So try using a alternate font is what I would suggest to you.

Fonts are certainly a keen way to personalize your drafting styles.
I caution my students to work with the available fonts as much as possible and resort to custom fonts when the workplace dictates it.
City Blueprint and Country Blueprint are 2 fonts included with ACAD and are readily available on any system having Autodesk applications.
Not sure what's at issue with the specified font as it give me a mixed result as well.
