The only way to edit mtext at once is when you have a specific words and you want to modify them .. FIND command will help you . >> Click <<

Well, you can put a single text in common inside the Index Label in the properties palette, that would modify them all with a unique content.
You can also use TEXTEDIT and change the mode with the Multiple setting.
This allows you to select many texts and not forget one of them... can be practicle...

Please clarify.
If you are referring to its Properties, you can use the QSELECT (Command) and edit multiple MText "bodies" at once.
Otherwise, if its content related, see @imadHabash comment.
