It seems that a setting of mine had changed with the Dynamic Input display when drawing polylines.
Typically, I would use my polyline command, in conjunction with dynamic input to "measure" the distance in between lines. In the example below, I first clicked on the foundation wall and then hovered over the edge of the pavement to the south.
I would expect to see 24, but I'm seeing 3.7
