DXFOUT Command

All of a sudden my DXFOUT command had defaulted to saving as .dwg  I have to use the pull down every time I DXFOUT something.  I dxfout sometimes 30-40 things per drawing.  Is there a setting to change the default to .dxf

Hi,

what happens if your start command as that.

_.DXFOUT

If that fails too and you don't have too much customization's then reset settings to default (>>>click<<<).

Pops up as .dwg still.  more on this issue.  Someone was on my PC while I was on vacation and changed a bunch of settings.  I returned it to default and this is when the dxfout problem started happening.

Hi,

Strange idea: when you start command _OPTIONS ==> tab "Files" ==> which default save format is activated?

If reset settings to default does not work (from my link in my previous post) then you either have an application installed that watches your save commands or you need run the repair installation of your AutoCAD.

At least I'm sure that is nothing common.
