Hello, thanks for looking!
I encountered an issue today when publishing files. Long story short, when I publish a document, autocad creates a new PMP file (image attached).
For example, when I publish document number 1, a PMP file called "_AutoCAD PDF (High Quality Print).pmp" is created.
When I publish document number 2, a duplicate PMP file called "_AutoCAD PDF (High Quality Print)a.pmp" is created.
Eventually I ended up with a PMP file called something like "_AutoCAD PDF (High Quality Print)aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.pmp", and I was unable to plot as the character limit for the file had been exceeded.
I read an AutoCad solution, which was to click "overwrite" when prompted - but I am never promted this.
Does anyone know why this happens? I dont not change any plotter settings between files. I am essentially publishing multiple files in the exact same way.
Image attached of the publish settings.
Thank you - Joe
