Drawn shape has disappeared in this file
Hi,
for a reason ...i can not open your CAD file ( hanging ) . But if you want to rotate a 3d object try to use 3DROTATE command .

In your drawing exists a line far far away from the origin (see Pic 1).
Delete this line and you will have no problems with the drawing (see Pic 2).

additional hint: Move your model near to the origin. The current position (about 1E12) may cause some further problems.
And turn off the perspective view (PERSPECTIVE = 0).
