dear all,

 

 i need extract ( bi part ) entire drawing based with one intersect line without trimming tool. how to do this, please help me...

hello, why do you need to extract your drawing into half any reason ? you can go to paperspace (layout) > mview > make 2 parts mview. thanks

Hi, quick way to have section view is:

 

  1. in Layout in paper space make new (similar to existing) viewport by command VIEWBASE. Read and follow its dialog.
  2. make section using command VIEWSECTION.

 

Experiment with features of this functions. Probably they will solve Your task.

Hi seedvinoth,

 

I am still not quite sure what you are trying to obtain from this drawing. Are you trying to create two views with a match line?, a couple building sections?, attributes of blocks in the one portion?

 

Please clarify so that forum users can provide some possible solutions to you.
