If you want the model geometry (in model space) smaller, use the SCALE command:

- Scale

- select all

- pick any base point

- factor 1/32

If you want a 1:32 Layout, create a vieport and set its scale factor to 1:32.

The advice given by @j.palmeL29YX is good but it depends upon the template you started with and you level of experience with AutoCAD.

The scale command is handy for reducing the size of objects.  The fraction 1/32 that was previously mentioned can only be entered if your units are set as fractional.  If you are working with decimal units you need to use a scale factor of .03125.

The second possible solution offered was for a Paper Space layout with a Viewport set to a scale of 1:32.  If your Viewport scale list does not have that scale listed you will have to create a custom scale whereby 1 unit will equal 32 units.

The advise was solid just depends on your experience.

Cheers,

Blaine

May I correct you?

Whenever AutoCAD expects a number, always you can either use the decimal notation (1.25) or the fractional notation (5/4) - also while decimal units.
However, two conditions must be observed for the fractional notation
- both numbers are integers

- both numbers must not be greater than 32767

Try it.

Why do you need 1:32? That would help us help you better rather that throwing generalizations at you as others have done so far, leaving you even more confused that when you started.
