I have a query does Autocad has much flexibility to perform drafting? or there are some software exists to perform better result?

AutoCAD is made for drafting .

Result for what ? tell us more about your needs and what exactly you want to draft ?

While you may get some answers, asking that question in an AutoCAD forum is only going to get you biased responses. Some frustrated users might say there are better programs. Happy users might say there is nothing better but haven't actually used anything else.

The answer is also totally dependent on what kind of "drafting" you need the program to do and can be quite subjective.
