Where is the icon for drawing a double line (ie: drawing a wall)? Documentation states it's in the 'Draw' tab. But, it's not there!

Hi,

>> Where is the icon for drawing a double line <<

you're talking about MLINE command and this command have NO button on ribbon so you have to do it from command prompt.

Hi!

Do you mean Mline command?

If you do , you can find it under draw/multiline

In the AutoCAD LT 2018 documentation it states to select the 'double line' icon under the 'Draw' tab to select double line. There is no icon for a double line. However, per another user they suggested using MLine which apparently is an AutoCAD command. That command suggested 'DLline'. So, apparently I need to make and insert my own icon into the ribbon. Am I correct?

Yes, if you feel more confortable clicking into the ribbon rather than typing "mline " or "ML" into the command line

There´s a section about it in the help guide.

not sure if this is the right way to share the link but here´s goes:

To Customize a Ribbon Panel

The Autocad LT 2018 help actually says it's on the Draw menu, not tab.  To show the menus, click the down arrow up in the Quick Access Toolbar, and select Show Menu Bar.

The double line command is there in the Draw menu.  But it is definitely missing from the Draw tab, which seems strange.  There isn't even a button image for it in case you want to customize the ribbon.

And as the other poster said, you can use dline on the command line.

Why wait for Autodesk when the command already exists in CUI, just select an existing icon that sort of looks like a double-line, then drag the command from the commandlist to the panel right next to LINE and call it a day?
