ACAD.exe is the program file you are looking for. If it didn't create a desktop shortcut on installation then go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2017\ folder.
If you don't have a folder in the Program Files folder then you have downloaded an installation package and need to double-click on the installation package to install the program.
