I run the Autocad 2017.

Windows 10 Professional (x64) Version 1607 (build 14393.576)

Computer:     GIGABYTE GB-BSi7A-6500 1.x

Main Board:     GIGABYTE MKLP7CP-00 1.x

video:     Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 [Display adapter]
Display:     BenQ LCD [Monitor] (32,1"vis, s/n 58F01867SL0, augustus 2015)

The problem I do have, is the lower 1/3 part of the display is incorrect.

In Windows there is no problem. I Autocad there is a serious problem.

I upgraded the standard video driver into the beta driver. I downgraded the standard video driver into a former video driver. But the problem persist.

Please tell me what is wrong?

Have you tried turning off hardware acceleration?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Have you installed 2017.1?  That's 2017 point one.
