Display Issues - Random lines paper or model space 2015

I'm having an issue where I get tons of random lines when I'm viewing a drawing, I have to zoom in and out or try to pan to get them to go away.  I've opened the drawings on a co-workers machine with the same version of ACAD and its fine.  The lines wll stay until I change the zoom or pan.  I posted on AUGI but no responses there.  It doesn't appear to be text, metext, or just acad lines that are specifically causing the problems, its everything.

What setting could be causing this?

Check to see if your graphics card is a recommended one for autocad your version.

I'm working on a laptop, I checked on a coworkers machine which is identical to mine and he does not have the issue.... Laptop is definately less than impressive... no dedicated GPU, just the onboard Intel HD Graphics 4000.  Like I said other laptops in the office that are identical don't have his issue and its doing it on simple CAD files like the coverpage.

What font are you using?

Does it look like those lines are radiating from the text font? I could not really see from the jpeg

RomanS font, some mtext and some single line text.  It does seem to be related to text on plan drawings too or hatches, attached is a screen shot of where I did get it coming form text.  You can also see where it turned the text to dots.

The lines go off the screen and when I zoom in or out they dissapear so I can't determine the origin.
