Dimentioning a floor plan

Hi all!

I am trying to create a floorplan in 1/4" scale and need to know which application I should download! NOT familiar with any! HELP!

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Do you have an existing plan or are you creating that and then putting on the dimensions?

Are you only working in plan view or do you also plan on doing elevations, sections, 3D?

If only planwork is involved, you might download a Trial version of AutoCAD LT.  If you are doing more than that you might consider AutoCAD which is also available as a Trial download.  Please let me know how you proceed and if you need further assistance.
