I really needed help right now, I am trying to make this two dimensions exactly as the ones on the picture attached circled in red.

Where is the direct question? What happens when you start a linear dimension and show the two intersection points?

Hi,

 

Specify your question. Which two dimensions you need to make same as the circled red ones. 

 

If you want to make the two red ones (text written 10) inside the extension line you can turn this option on.

well from my linear dimension i get this, see attached file the two dimensions circled in blue..

 what should i do here to get to the same dimension being discussed earlier as my first post.

Hi Harold.

 

Use the command "DIMTOH" [Controls the position of dimension text outside the extension lines] and make it off.
