Dimension text reposition

I am having this issue with AutoCAD 2016. (please see attachments)  The problem is after manually move a dimension text which is too tight to fit between the dimension lines. After the file is saved and reopen, the text repositioned to its original place. This only happen to AutoCAD 2016, when the same file with AutoCAD 2014, everything is fine.  Double checked and compared all setting in Dimension Style Manager between AutoCAD 2016 & 2014 are the same.  Same goes for Dimension Variables both DIMATFIT <3> & DIMTMOVE <0> are identical for AutoCAD 2016 & 2014.

Can you delete everything from this DWG except the dimension and the geometry it is dimensioning, then post the DWG? It would help to open it here in 2014 and 2016 to see if we get the same result.

Actually I got opened the file from other work station and everything is fine. Therefore I know something is wrong with my AutoCAD 2016 setting but I don't know what.

Hi @szhang,

If that is the case, on the workstation that is not working properly, simply perform a Reset Settings to Default to see if that correct  the issue.
