Dimension/Text Layer automaticaly set!!!

Hi,

 

I there a way that every time I use Dimension (Linear, Aligned etc) , this Dimensions to be automaticaly set to a Layer that I set ( DIM Layer for ex)

the other question would be if it's possible for the Text (Text, Multileader)  the same way.

Newer releases have a setting called DIMLAYER for the dimension layer, nothing for text.  For a better solution see

http://www.lee-mac.com/layerdirector.html

You customize inside the lisp file for the layers you want for various commands.

the best and fastest way to put all of your text at a layer is to select a single text (without command) >> right click >> Select Similar. after that you will notice that only texts that have the similar properties are selected to put them where ever you need.
