How can the numbers in the dimensions be correct and readable in a healthy manner?
Example: When I type (10) it appears as inverted (01). What is the solution?

@3li_abufahad Are you looking at your content from BELOW, not above?
Or did you mirror your shape and it's dimensions but forgot to correctly set MIRRTEXT variable first so as not to do that?

If you are unsure, you'll want to share your DWG file the image came from here for someone to examine it more closely for you.

I was working normally on the program and there was no problem, but suddenly this happened
Dimension numbers appear reversed. When I type, for example, the number 207, the number changes to 702

This is what your posted file looks like over here @3li_abufahad Not sure I see your issue, or is this meant to be 0.01?

Use PLAN command

or UCS, use world, then try to dimension again.

I mean, when I have a square with a dimension of 10 cm by 10 cm, and I set the dimensions for it, the dimensions are reversed, so it says 01 cm by 01 CM, a second example is if the dimensions were 95 by 95, the program writes the dimensions 59 by 59

Thank you for the video: unfortunately the DWG file and it's dimensions that you shared here does not do that.

PLUS the DWG file you shared has it's DWGUNITS set to INCHES, not cm..

And you also have UNITS are set to METERS (aka 10x CM, so 10cm is 01m, isn't that correct).

You lost track of the units settings in your file. Nothing more: start reading all about that here
