Dimension arrows and leader arrows are not filled in when being plotted

I have created a multi-layout drawing and am trying to plot the final drawing. Each time I go to plot the layouts (except for one), all of the dimension and leader arrows are not filled in and only an outline of the arrow is on the final plot. This is the case for every layout with arrows, except for one layout. I have tried everything and any assistance is appreciated.

Is your view set to a plan view, not isometric by accident?
Type PLAN and Enter twice.

Hi @Anonymous ,   Try selecting your viewport and right click, then go to shade plot in the list and set it to As Displayed.

This is the drawing file. The base plate is the only layout the plots with the filled arrows. Every other layout plots without the filled arrows. Thanks in advance.

Is this how the top plate layout shown in your PC(Are the Leader Heads filled in the Layout)? Or is it only in the  print-outs that the Leaders are hollow?

Everything is filled in, but everytime I go to plot the file and select plot preview, they become hollow for some unknown reason.

How are you printing?  If you are using the plot dialog box uncheck the Hide paperspace objects  in the Plot options on the right side of the plot dialog.

I thin kthis is what @user181 highlighted.

  1. Turn on the Layer Viewport
  2. Select the viewport
  3. Go to properties
  4. Change Shade Plot to As Displayed
  5. And Make sure you can see it in the Plot Dialog too

All of his annotations are done in Paperspace 🙂 @user181 you made my today's time spent on this forum, WORTH IT. Nice Observations.

Combination of the viewport and unchecking the hide paper space object. Thank you so much for all of your help @S.Faris @user181 ! Definitely coming back here if I have questions in the future!.

I  believe that even if you had followed only the Uncheck "Hide Paperspace Objects" by @user181 it would have worked.

Now to explain on it, Just so that you can understand what happened:

All your annotations(Leaders and Dimensions) were outside of the viewports and there was a tick on the "Hide Paperspace Objects" in the plot dialog. So I Believe that's the culprit.
