Different result when converting from Color Index (ACI) to RGB on RTX and Quadro graphic card

I have 1 DWG file whereas need to change layer color from AutoCAD Color Index to RGB.

Spot check on some colors on large palette and second palette, ACI 60, 181 -->the result is the same on both RTX and Quadro graphic card.

But, there's issue with third palette from color 250 to 254.

Does anybody know the reason? and is there any color has the same issue as listed?

Your Title looks great and interesting, but i guess you are on the wrong track!

I guess you "tested" this with different background colors, or not?

In Color dialog and also the color of your objects on monitor,

the rgb color/value is depending of the background-color.

For example: 33,40,48 vs color black OPTIONS, Display [color]

depend on your backgroundcolor

Q:If you need to change ALL colors, use a program which can do that!

You will find some "ACI2RGB" tools and the result should be good enough.

(I can talk about some more thoughts, but i am out at this point, HTH)
