Diameter dimension with arrows inside circle and text outside

I cannot figure out how to set the options so the dimension appears like it is in the picture but without the extra line on the outside of the circle (area circled in the picture).

This has to be a very simple setting or combination of settings, but I just cannot do it.

Going from memory, I think the variable "dimexe" needs to be set to "0".

@apjones, sadly neither of those options work. The closest I can get is by changing the "Text movement" field in the Fit category in the properties for Diametric Dimension. When I set it to "move text, no leader" the line outside the circle goes away, but the line from the circle to my dimension goes away also.
